Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are or will be delivered uniformly
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, if you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces

You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

You may also complete and submit the sample rescission form or other unambiguous statement electronically through our website (www.einkaufonline.net). If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal (e.g. by e-mail).

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard method of delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you, and in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided us with proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event within 14 days of the day on which you notify us of your revocation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the 14-day period.

You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning goods that can be sent by parcel post and the direct cost of returning goods that cannot be sent by parcel post. The cost of returning non-packageable goods is estimated to be a maximum of approximately EUR 100.

You will only have to pay for any depreciation of the goods if this is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

Reasons for exclusion or expiry

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

• for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

• for the delivery of sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery
• for the delivery of goods which, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery
• for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
