1. Scope of Application
a. These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store.
b. We do not recognize any deviating terms and conditions of the customer, unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.

2. Conclusion of contract
a. The presentation of our products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order.
b. By clicking on the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.

3. Prices and terms of payment
a. All prices are quoted in Euro and include VAT.
b. Payment shall be made using the selected payment method.
c. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge overdue fines and interest.

4. Delivery conditions
a. Delivery will be made to the shipping address provided by the customer.
b. Delivery time is usually 5-8 business days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated.

5. Right of Cancellation

6. Retention of Title
a. The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Liability
a. We shall be liable for damages arising from injury to life, limb or health in accordance with statutory provisions.
b. We shall only be liable for other damages in the event of gross negligence or intent.

8. Final provisions
a. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
b. Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
